By booking with LuxIt VIP Concierge, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms:

Scope of Services

  • LuxIt provides concierge and logistics services: airport meet-and-greet, transfers, personal hosts, errands, and clinic escorts.

  • Medical Disclaimer: Clinic escorts are logistical only. LuxIt hosts are not medical professionals and do not provide medical advice.

Booking & Payment

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure bookings; balance payable 24 hours prior to service.

  • Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). International payments  may incur currency conversion fees.

Safety & Conduct

  • All trips are live-tracked.

  • LuxIt reserves the right to refuse service if a client’s behavior endangers staff or violates South African law.

  • Clients are responsible for complying with immigration, customs, and medical entry requirements.

International Clients

By booking, international clients accept that services are governed by South African law.

Limitation of Liability

  • LuxIt is not liable for medical outcomes, airline delays, or events beyond reasonable control.

  • Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in dispute.
