Refund & Cancellation Policy

We value transparency and fairness. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the following:

 

Cancellations by Client

  • 24 hours before service: 50% of service fee retained.

  • Less than 24 hours / No-show: 100% of service fee retained.

  • Flight delays of more than 3 hours (with proof): free reschedule or full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

 

Cancellations by LuxIt

  • If LuxIt cannot fulfill a confirmed booking, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.

 

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed via original payment method (EFT).

  • International refunds may take up to 14 business days depending on banking systems.
